i worried Grant Moore for almost a year trying to make up my mind on a motor home. When I finally decided on what I wanted, Grant went out of his way to find my motor home. I can't put into words the fantastic service I got. He stepped me through the process and was there every step. He was there when I picked it up to help with any questions I may have. Dennis and his team helped me to understand the newer features and the proper way to set up the camper. I had to come back a second time to ask questions about the campers features. Grant and Dennis were right there and helped me tremendously in understanding the new features of the motor home. I had a few warranty issues, mostly cosmetic, and April took down all my information on my issues. She was very respectful, courteous, and attentive. She also went out of her way to help me with the minor problems I have. Shane was great in helping me through the purchase process and paperwork. I feel I have found a great place to purchase a motor home and get it serviced. I felt like each person that I encountered wanted to make sure I had a great experience. Grant continues to help me navigate through the process and continues to teach me how to correctly operate the camper. You will not find anyone better!

We had a laundry list of items to be checked and repaired on our motorhome; on top of that I gave them only 4 weeks to get it all done and completed. I am happy to give 5+ stars to Mid-State RV and their Service Department for the excellent attention and service I was given when I purchased a weight-distribution hitch from them. Even though I bought the trailer elsewhere, they treated me like I was their most important customer. When I called and spoke to April, she went out of her way to get me an appointment on the day I needed one.
I really want to thank Billy and Dennis for recommending the Eaz-Lift r3 Recurve weight distribution hitch, it is amazing. They took the time to explain how to use it and to make sure it was adjusted correctly for my specific towing needs.
After it was installed, I drove over 2,000 miles to get home to Las Vegas and Dennis continued to follow up during my trip to make sure that everything was going well. The Dometic hot water heater in my Coachmen travel trailer quit working on 30 October 2021. I took the travel trailer to Mid-State RV on Tuesday, 2 November 2021, so that they could assess the problem and correct it. Just before lunch on Thursday, 4 November 2021, Mid-State RV called to let me know that the problem had been corrected and that I could come pick up the trailer. It doesnt get any better than this. Quick, efficient, friendly service. Very pleased.

I would like to thank Mid-State RV for the excellent service I received this week. We have a Georgetown 34H5 class A RV 2019, both air compressors burned out and they originally told me it would take two weeks or longer to get new Air conditioners. I explained to our service representative Deborah that we had reservations starting in two days at Topsail Hill in Florida. She was able to perform a miracle and get two units in two days and and the technician (I think his name was Jesse or James) had them on the RV in three hours. Because of Mid-States fast service we only missed our first day of a 2 week vacation. Since we bought our RV from Patty in 2019, employees including Billy who gave us a 4 to 5 hour run though on our unit, Jim the service manager, Deborah our service rep, their maintenance personnel and their parts department have treated us like we were part of their family. I would highly recommend Mid-State RV if youre looking to buy a recreational vehicle. Again thank you for your excellent service.

I emailed a quote request on 11/17/20 late in the evening. The next morning I already had an email from Patty Allen acknowledging my request and asking to provide additional assistance. Patty scheduled a FaceTime tour of the 5th wheel we are interested in for 10:15am the same morning. Trevor, the product specialist, did an outstanding job during the FaceTime call going through the coach and answering all my questions. I really like this process of a technical product specialist during the pre-sales process because I felt like he was more of a consultant than sales person. Great insight Mid-State RV management....kudos to all. Overall Dealership Experience is based only on this pre-sales. I havent experienced any other aspects of the dealership at this point in time.

We picked our new camper up late Wed afternoon, Sept 30. Chevy did the walk through with us and did a remarkable job. He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything and even stayed late to walk us through the store pointing out different items that we should get right away or things we may want to consider purchasing later. We bought some screens for the water heater exhaust and he even volunteered to put those on for us. He made sure our truck could hook up to the camper easily and gave us some tips about hooking up. My wife and I stopped by Mid State RV while looking for our first travel trailer. We talked with Keith who was informative, knowledgable and friendly even though it was obvious that we were not interested in making a purchase at the time. We enjoyed looking over the selection available and enjoyed being able to check things out at our leisure with no pressure at all. Several weeks later we were ready to purchase and, largely in part due to our prior experience we decided to buy from Mid State RV. Keith assisted us with the sale and again was a pleasure to work with, When we went to pick up our travel trailer we were introduced to Chevy who gave us a detailed walk through of our new trailer and did an excellent job of answering all our questions and explaining the layout and systems of our purchase. This really helped set our minds at ease as we were both nervous, this being our first RV experience. There was a misunderstanding about some of the equipment that was supposed to be included as part of the sale that resulted in our having to be at the dealership for several hours longer than anticipated. We were supposed to get a load leveler hitch and the paperwork called for an anti sway bar only. Chevy and his supervisor Billy really went above and beyond trying to get the part that they thought we needed taken care of. When we realized that there was an issue, we spoke to Kieth and he corrected the paperwork and made sure we got the hitch we were expecting, All in all we had a very good experience at Mid State RV and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone in the market for a RV or travel trailer.

The wife and I made Mid State our first stop on a lazy Saturday morning. Our intention was to visit multiple dealerships and go home. Well, we were greeted by Cliff who happened to be out in the parking lot on a COOL morning. Cliff offered to let us browse alone or if we wished he would tag along. There was no pressure to buy or any pushy sales tactics. Mid State had a class A on display with power hooked up at their front door. Teresa (wife) and I toured the unit and instantly knew this was the ONE. Cliff suggested I test drive an identical unit and we were hooked. We traded our 5th wheel and got a really good interest rate that day! Needless to say we had a very good experience. We took delivery of the unit the following Saturday and Dennis went through all the bells and whistles on the coach. It was well worth the 3 hours allocated to us for the demo. I would highly recommend Mid State to anyone looking for an RV.

Martha and I took a big step in getting a travel trailer. Spent alot of time looking at different things. We were going to Camping World in Byron, GA but while we were having breakfast at Burger King I noticed the Mid-State RV sign. I would rather deal with local folks and we had seen TV advertising on Mid-State. We had a great experience with Mid-State RV. Our salesman Robert Berrian spent a good 3 1/2 hours showing us RVs from the highest price to the lowest. It took us 3 weeks to make a decision and we bought a Coachmen Nano Apex 193 BHS. We have our first trip planned for April. Everyone was great at Mid-State RV, Sales, Finance, Service and Store. We would highly recommend Mid-State RV in Byron, GA. Great people.

On our way to Florida for vacation from middle TN and.... we had a very bad situation come up with our Rv, sitting on the side of the interstate deciding what to do we Googled Rv dealerships and came across Mid State Rv, best decision EVER !!!!!! Both sides of our rv in the front were GONE yes GONE, We rolled up with our pitiful looking Rv almost an hour before they were open and thinking no one was there well out came Keith, looking very sympathetic to our horrible situation he made short work of showing us there inventory and finding the RV that was right for us so we could get on with our VACATION 2Hrs later we had our new RV.
Billy in the service Dept (absolutely a great guy) went above and beyond to make sure our new RV was in tip top shape. We had to end up leaving our new RV there (truck issue) and going back home so we rescheduled our trip, 2 weeks later we were back to pick up our new RV and head out for vacation !!! After having the mirror and other damage to my 10 yr old motor home by a truck, I walked in off the street and Vicki, Sherry and the rest of the personnel knocked themselves out to to get me on the road again. Try getting body parts for a 10 yr old RV. It will not happen overnight. When I went to the shop for repairs I had also developed a battery problem and these folks repaired everything and out the door in 2 days.

Upon their return, they sent us this note and photos taken while they were our guests.)Hi there TinaMeant to get this update sent away long before this but things got really busy once we arrived home.
The rest of the trip was uneventful and we pulled into home on April 1st. so we certainly didnt waste any time.
The weather was great for travel, and travelling on the weekend was great, because all the construction areas were off work.
Ran into a traffic slow down in Charlotte N.C. as we hit rush hour traffic, then a really bad transport crash which put us back about 3 hrs., but other than that happy sailing.
The RV worked fantastic and we are so glad that we ended up breaking down with you and all the wonderful staff at Mid-State.
We have told all our RV friends about your service that travel past your area.
Spring is just now beginning to spring, the weather here for the month of April was cold and wet, even some snow...it really sucked coming from 4 months of warmth.
As much as I would like to say we will see you again real soon, Im hoping we wont. But we will for sure drop in next year on our way home, hopefully just to say HI.

Good Afternoon Mid-State RV,About a month ago, Mid-State removed and replaced all the old sealant on our 2008 HR Neptune motorcoach. After the roof was re-sealed, I got up on the roof to inspect the technician's work and the coach's roof looks like it just came from the factory. The technician and Michele did an awesome job.We have endured several rain storms since our coach was re-sealed and haven't had any leaks are problems. Too often all customers do is complain and seldom do customers take the time to inform a company the quality of their technician's workmanship. This is the 2nd time I've had Mid-State do repairs on our coach and I have been very pleased with your service. Mid-State has earned my repair business and will be the first RV dealer I call regarding future service. Monday, Jan. 5, 2009To Whom It May Concern:I will begin by telling how I got into rv-ing and end with my impressive experience with Mid-State RV. My best friend Mike and I decided 2008 was the year we would begin rv-ing once-a-month as part of our desire for our families to travel together and to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the work week. So, in January, my wife and I bought a Glossary Link travel trailer and we put our plan into motion. Little did we know that the trailer we bought would be too small. With three young children and the frequent experience of inclement weather, camping began to turn into a drag. At that time, Mike was camping in a very nice high-wall Glossary Link pop-up camper. It was easy to tow and had a lot of room. He decided, though, to go ahead and get something else because he wanted the luxury of not having all the set-up preparation and also needed room for his growing family. So, he contacted Mid-State RV because of good experiences in previous years and bought a new Coachmen Glossary Link fifth wheel. That month when camping together, I saw the unit and was impressed by the quality of the unit and the number of slides. It was at that point I decided to begin searching for something that better met my familys needs. And, after scouring the Internet and communicating with several other dealers, Mike referred me to Mid-State RV and assured me I would have a good experience. Once we found the model and completed negotiations through Rex Gambill, I came down from North Georgia to pick up my unit -- a pre-owned Coachmen. It had more space and many more features than the other one. I was satisfied.Then, we found a leak! Buying pre-owned was a risky move, but I liked the model and was impressed with it upon inspections. The leak was shocking because we had already gone camping once and had no trouble whatsoever. My first thought was to not even contact Mid-State because it was a pre-owned model, and I could fix the problem myself. However, I felt it important that they know the condition of the products they sold. So, I e-mailed the concern along with pictures.Immediately, I received an e-mail from Rex advising me that he was in contact with the owner and would be back in touch. This was followed up with a phone conversation where he told me to bring the trailer down and they would see what could be done.I brought the trailer down and was greeted by the president of the company, Lee Pickard. He looked at the problem with me and told me when it would be repaired. Two weeks later, I received a phone call saying my unit was repaired and ready for pick-up. It was during the week and they allowed me to get it after-hours. I was very pleased with the workmanship and materials used to repair the problem.And, the rest is history. I look forward to many more great experiences with the good folks at Mid-State RV. Everyone that helped in our transaction was very helpful and nice and we couldn't have asked for better people to deal with. The gentleman that went over our coach with us ( I think his name was Dennis) was especially nice and thorough. He seemed very educated in this coach and showed me things I never knew before. I really appreciate that. Everything that you and I talked about was on the coach and more. I apologize for seeming so cautious about it but I hope you understand. We've never made a deal, sight unseen before in our lives and it was a little nerve wracking. Jeff and Keith were also nice and very helpful, truly nice guys. This is our first Glossary Link fifth wheel and it will take some time to get used to. Here's a little story for future customers and ones new to RVing, As soon as we left your lot and got back on to 75, about 5 miles down the road, a semi was passing us on the right and its front right tire blew out almost causing him to wreck into us in our lane. Scary. Thought we were dead but everything handled the way it was supposed to and the trucker was fine also. I'd been extensively looking on the internet for an RV for a couple months. After seeing a coach (license) plate in town (105 miles away) I went to the web site which was amazing, it had streaming videos showing everything about the coach.
The prices were iffy so we sent an email to make an appointment to view a few coaches, planning only to look. Rex, the webmaster, was insightful enough to get the price range we wanted so as not to waste our time and to have several lined up to see.
When we arrived he showed us a line of coaches, was jovial while pointing out the pros and cons of each coach, which made it fun to view. We told him NO PRESSURE SALES or we'd be rude and walk out and he made it happen.
After not purchasing we slept on it for three more weeks! Contacted him again, the coach was still there so we knew it was meant to be ours, he worked out all our special requests with the sales manager and we picked up our Mirada the following weekend.
