Cathy Evers sent me this pic of their Gulf Stream Gladiator 6370 toy hauler motorhome braving the west Georgia snow on Sunday.  She and husband Jeff are among my favorite customers!

Congratulations and thanks to my repeat customers Ben and Krista Sutherland of Marietta, S.C. They bought a 2007 KZ Frontier 2505-QSS travel trailer from me.

Thanks to you both for coming so far to do business with us - again! I am honored and humbled.

Congratulations and thanks to Shawn and Tammy Bridgeman of Ada, Okla. They bought a Thor Wanderer Wagon 327TB fifth wheel toy hauler from me this week.

The Bridgemans (pictured from left, Tammy and Shawn) traveled a long way to get this toy hauler, but they definitely got a deal. I'm glad they agree with me that Mid-State RV was worth the drive!

Thanks again to the Evers!

Congratulations and thanks (again!) to Jeff and Cathy Evers of Harris County, Ga., near Columbus. I sold them a 2007 Sportscoach Pathfinder 373DS (nicknamed "Daytona") back in February 2008, but over time, they found that a "toterhome" - aka a motorhome toy hauler - would better suit their needs as they could take both their motorcycle and their Jeep with them.

Enter the Gladiator. Gulf Stream's super C Gladiator motorhome toy hauler line - built on the International chassis - seems to have all the features they needed. Floor plan 6370 was the winner, and it's a stunner in red, black and gray. Our friends at SVS installed 2 additional TVs and DVD players in the unit, and we were good to go.

Cathy and Jeff, thank you for the trust you've placed in us, and for your repeat business.

Congrats to Jeff Hester!

Jeff Hester of Lexington, S.C., poses with his new Keystone Raptor 3612DS fifth wheel toy hauler just before heading home. It's customers like Jeff that make me proud to work at a dealership such as Mid-State RV Center, where we have the purchasing power to draw customers from other markets with our ability to beat the competition not only on price but also on customer service. Jeff drove five hours in a diesel pickup truck to get here.

The baddest Adrenaline Surge available

Mid-State RV Center employee Dan Bellamy demonstrates the awning during customer Louis Gombkoto's walk-through orientation on delivery day. Louis Gombkoto of Silver Springs, Fla., found us on the Internet back in March, and he was specifically looking for a 29-foot Adrenaline Surge travel trailer toy hauler. Dissatisfied with Florida RV dealers, and planning a trip to Coachmen RV's manufacturing facility in nearby Fitzgerald, Ga., Louis knew exactly what he wanted in his next RV.

After visiting the engineering team in Fitzgerald, Louis contacted me and we went over all the features he wanted on his new Surge. Shortly thereafter, we placed an order for what is probably the most tricked-out Platinum Edition Adrenaline Surge in existence!

Mid-State RV Center employee Dan Bellamy (left) thanks customer Louis Gombkoto for his purchase on delivery day. Among the optional features on board are the Blue Blaze interior decor with Carbon Fiber woodgrain, double electric track queen bed and double sofa bed, 800 watt sound system, 4.0 kilowatt generator with fuel station, electric tongue jack, electric stabilizer jacks (!), a screen wall at the rear ramp area, heavy duty TPO flooring in the cargo area, and a roof ladder.

Furthermore, factory reps managed to install a 9 gallon water heater in place of the standard 6 gallon water heater; a second Shurflo power roof vent in the bedroom, and extra tiedowns in the cargo area - all options not listed among those available for the Surge toy hauler.

By the time delivery day rolled around, Louis and I were like old friends. Everything was ready to roll, and Louis was kind enough to send our owner a nice note afterwards.

Thanks to Jan and Jimmy Scott!

For those who have a gooseneck hitch in their truck, we can add an adapter to the fifth wheel tongue. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Jan and Jimmy Scott of Douglas, Ga., who purchased a Keystone Raptor 3712TS fifth wheel toy hauler.

Here you see the gooseneck fifth wheel hitch adapter we mounted on the Scotts' Raptor so they can tow it with their truck, which already had a gooseneck ball in it.

Part of the reason the Scotts chose the Raptor toy hauler is the fact that their sons are both 6'4" tall, and the double beds in the garage of their triple-slide Raptor are about 8' long - plenty long for the boys.

The Scott family is staying in their Raptor while attending livestock shows, where the boys compete. They also have ATVs, so the Raptor is versatile enough for them.

I also would like to thank  Kyle and Tracy Lott of West Green, Ga. The Lotts bought a Coachmen Spirit of America travel trailer from me in February 2007, and referred the Scotts to me.

Thanks to you all!
